Terms and Conditions

Cancellation / Refund Policy

 

ATA Nexus 2025 offers four levels of registration: In-Person All Access, Two-Day, One-Day, and Exhibit Hall Plus. In-Person All Access will receive a Map Your Show account to access exhibitor listings. All requests for refunds for cancellations received prior to January 7, 2025, will be honored, less a $100 administrative fee. Refund requests must be sent in writing.

Cancellation of registration includes cancellation of all ticketed events purchased during registration. After January 7, registrations and cancellations received are not refundable. You cannot reinstate a registration after you cancel it. ATA membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, expect the refund within 30 days. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment type.

 

Substitution Policy
Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. If the substitute is not a member, the non-member fee will be required. Substitutions must be made in writing:

Consent to Use Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at or participation in ATA meetings and related activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to ATA’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities. Exceptions to this consent must be made in writing to: events@americantelemed.org

 

Health and Safety
ATA Nexus 2025 will take place in person at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. The health and safety of our attendees, staff and all participants is our main concern. We will work closely with the conference venue to follow federal, state and local health protocol guidance and the venue’s recommended guidelines
